Cancellation & Refund

Customers are to cover the cost of the return postage unless your items are deemed faulty by our team.For online purchases, NOMEY will only accept return on purchase of merchandise if returned according to the below conditions:

1. The item is in its original condition: merchandise that has been worn, used, altered or damaged will not be accepted;

2. Is accompanied by the original invoice, all original NOMEY packaging, and outer shipping carton (or suitable alternative);

3. The security return/exchange label is intact and attached to the item;

4. It is returned and received by NOMEY within 14 days for all purchases

Returns and exchanges are not available for earrings, intimate apparel, swimwear, Made To Order, DIY and personalized orders

NOMEY reserves the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements at NOMEY'S sole discretion.
